RETURN AND CANCELLATION

(By placing an order with us, you agree to this return policy)

At SHOPPE CUE, we ensure all products are quality-checked before shipping. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow the policy below:

1. No Returns or Cancellations:
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

2. Claims for Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Products:
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing product, you can file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. To process such claims, the following conditions must be met:

- Unboxing Video Requirement: 
  An unboxing video is required to claim wrong, damaged, or missing products. The video must clearly show the package in its original, sealed condition and the product inside.

- Same Day Submission:
  The unboxing video must be sent to us on the same day as delivery to be eligible for a claim.

3. Claim Processing:
Once we receive and verify your unboxing video, we will replace the product for you. You can request for exchange or replacement within 2 days of delivery. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10-15 days.

4. Non-Eligible Claims:
Claims without an unboxing video or those submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

SHOPPE CUE – Cancellation, Prepaid, COD & Replacement Policy

At SHOPPE CUE, we maintain a strict No Refund & No Cancellation policy to ensure fair practices and efficient operations.

  • Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • We immediately source products from our suppliers and pay them upfront after receiving your order.
    Any cancellation leads to a direct inventory and financial loss for us.
  • If you refuse delivery of a prepaid order, 100% of your payment will be deducted as cancellation charges. No refund will be issued.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery, it results in a complete loss for us — including shipping, packaging, and inventory costs.
  • We also use Shiprocket’s RTO prediction tool:
    • Repeatedly rejecting COD orders negatively affects your RTO score.
    • This may lead to your future COD orders being blocked, not just with us but across other brands as well.

 Please place a COD order only if you’re fully sure of accepting it.

Replacement Policy- 

 (No Refunds):

We offer only replacements (no refunds) in rare cases where:

  • The product is physically damaged during transit, or
  • A wrong item was shipped by mistake.

To request a replacement:

  • You must send a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
